Christmas at the Promised Land Leprosy Community 2008
Leprosy friends celebrated their second Christmas at the Promised Land Commuity this Christmas season of 2008. Independent Church in India wants to deeply thank all the leprosy friend sponsors that made it possible to give these special people nice Christmas gifts again this year. The men each got shirts and dhotis (man's indian skirt) and the women got saris. They also got a new towell and a bag filled with snacks and goodies.

We believe these photos will bless your heart when you realize how these leprosy victims once lived the most miserable life know to mankind, but how Jesus has brought healing to their hearts and given them unspeakable joy!
