CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS GIFT PACK OUTREACH -2009
This past Christmas season of 2009 was once again very exciting here in India to reach out in the love of Jesus to the poorest of the poor children in the remote villages and leprosy colonies in India. Through the love of ICII supporters we were able to make 700 gift packs with items very useful for children. The children's gift packs contained a New Testament Bible, a Gospel tract, a coloful comic book on the Birth of Christ, a blanket, a notebook and pencil, a toy, cookies, and a toothpaste and toothbrush. When a poor child that experiences a life of hardships and rejection opens up a gift filled with supplies that they need and can enjoy, it brings unspeakable joy to their empty lives. The message of hope that the Gospel of Jesus Christ brings is a light in their darkness.

Children are very interested in reading the Bible. The children at this village shared that the Bible was their favorite item in their gift packs.
This may be this boy's first toothbrush and toothpaste!
Five children from ICII's Home of Compassion orphanage are singing songs and handing out gift packs to children in a remote village.
These children are excited to learn how to read their bibles they received in the gift packs.
