Please pray that the Lord will raise up some laborers that have a heart to work with the village of Kallaar to plant a church there, to disciple the people in the Christian faith, and help to rebuild their lives. Once our orphanage is built, we also plan to bring the orphans at this village to their new home as the Lord provides the sponsors for each child. One of the Hindu temples has been destroyed and washed away in the tsunami, as were also the idols and gods that the people used to have in their houses. Now all these have been destroyed by the water. The people now have Bibles to replace the idols they have lost. We believe that God has a great plan for this village of Hindu and Moslem beliefs to surrender fully to the true God...

"For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me" Matthew 25:35-40.
