The Search For Land to Build the Leprosy Colony

This blind man with leprosy could come to the colony and live the rest of his life in peace rather than rejection and suffering.

ICII's next major project is to search out a good piece of land to build homes of compassion for those with leprosy. Many lepers are accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but still have to go begging. They go from day to day not knowing where their next meal is going to come from. ICII has saved up $9,500 so far towards a piece of land. Our goal is to buy around eight to ten acres. Many of the land plots we have looked at have lots of fruit trees on them and would give the colony a great start to provide both food and income. Our goal is to have enough land for four to five hundred lepers to live.
This is the best meal these lepers
will receive all week.

On part of this land they could also raise their own fruits and vegetables so that they can get a healthy diet. Our goal is to raise another $15,000 to buy a lot of land. It will be a haven where those who have been rejected and shunned by society and their families. They can come to live out the rest of their lives in peace and comfort knowing that someone cares about them.

ICII has been searching for land, but has not yet found a suitable lot, due mainly to the lack of funds. Please prayerfully consider sowing into this urgent project so we can continue to save up until we have enough to buy a nice lot. After we purchase the land then we can begin to build homes and plant crops. Each day that slips by, many lepers are without a home, without food, without family, only suffering and despair. By helping us to purchase the land, you will help to make a tremendous life-changing difference in the lives of brothers and sisters in Christ who are suffering terribly.
