Dear prayer warriors greetings from Independent Church in India. Thank you for your fervent prayers for our ministry in India. Our hearts are burning to preach the Gospel and to finding the lost souls in all the remote villages. On Saturday February 8th God helped us to conduct the children’s rally at Kuttaladempatti Falls. Our goal is to teach the kids the word of God, lead them to Christ, and to reach their parents. Over fifty kids attended our 10:00o’clock morning rally. Through God's gift of our new van we took all the kids to the falls by three trips from three different villages. The Children really enjoyed the time of travel to the falls. They sang songs and some of the kid's prayed for the rally. Pastor Richard prayed and started the rally and we found that all kids were praying very serious to know the Lord. I led the worship and we thank God who led the children to sing the songs about Him.

Some of the children shared how they had found the Lord and He has answered their prayers. Then every child sat in one big circle singing some new songs that Pastor Richard taught them.

Pastor Richard shared the word of God and how to received the Lord into their hearts. He also shared on the joy of the Lord when a person accepts Him. Pastor Richard made cool drinks for the kids and led them to play some games. After that break we led them to pray for their families. The sad thing is we didn't have Bibles to give them. We are praying to give out 300 Bibles this year to the children. The exciting thing is many of the children stood and shared that today and from now on they would live the good life in Christ. Many realized they had done lots of sinful things against the Lord and they prayed for His forgiveness. This was very exciting to us. We give all glory and honor to our Lord who gave us the strength to have this revival meeting for the children. At 2:30 pm our rally ended with a commitment prayer and at that time lots of kids began crying for all the ungodly things they have done and when they realized that their parents were going to hell if they didn’t know Christ, they cried and asked God to save them. We also shared how they can share the Gospel with their parents even though they worshipped idols. |
