Sharing The Gospel Through Personal Evangelism
One morning the Gospel team decided to visit a village named Malaya Kavundenpatti. When they began sharing the Gospel, one woman told the Gospel team that she was going to gather as many people as she could find in the village, so they could also hear this good news.

These people were filled with joy after asking Jesus to be their Lord and Savior.

Around forty people gathered, mostly women and children, to hear about Jesus. When they were asked to forsake their gods and turn to the living God, many of the group received Christ into their hearts with joy. After the Gospel team fellowshipped with them, they moved on through the rest of the village, and found another gathering of around thirty people. These people also heard the Gospel, and most of them also made a commitment to the Lord.

In a village called Kanthi Nagar, the Gospel team entered the village and around sixty children gathered around them, and also many adults, most having empty faces. After hearing the Gospel, around 45 children and 15 adults accepted the Lord. One young girl said, “here we lived in darkness, but now you showed the light. Can you share more about this Jesus?”
A man named Saravanan, who is a well known dance master who got an award from the home minister of India, shared with the Gospel team that “this is the first time I am hearing how much Jesus loves me”. Saravanan then led the Gospel team around to share the Gospel with his family and friends in that village, many of them also accepting Christ. A few days after He received the Lord, his exam fees were provided miraculously.

In the past, when the Gospel team had gone to a village named Mataparai to show the Jesus film, a group of teenagers came and caused them lots of opposition and did not allow them to show the film. God had other plans... One day by divine appointment, Pastor Britto met an old school friend who invited him to come back to his village. When the Gospel team began sharing the Gospel, sixty adults and children gathered around them to hear the Gospel. That evening, God touched thirty adults and youths who accepted the Lord into their lives!
A past leader of twenty villages gave her heart to the Lord Jesus asking the Gospel team eagerly how to forsake other god’s, and wanted to know how unique Jesus is from other god’s.

In a village named Pottikulam, two women joyfully accepted the Lord. They immediately led the Gospel team to their husbands. Both men were lame. After the husbands heard the Gospel they accepted the Lord, and received prayer for their healing. After one husband received the Lord, he removed all mantras (witchcraft jewelry) from around his neck. His wife began to take down all of the pictures of idols in her house. She then followed the Gospel team and heard the Gospel many more times as they preached to others.
