Each week, Inde-pendent Church's Gospel team has been returning to this same village to show the love of Jesus to the woman with leprosy and each time people are gathering to watch them wrap up her feet. This gives the team a chance afterwards to have a Bible study with the new believers.

Udaiyamal's open sores on her feet have also improved and she is now feeling much better. Some of the new believers in the village are also helping Udaiyamal cook the food that Independent Church has been providing for her. It is impossible for her to prepare some of the food because of her deformed hands. Only after the team starting showing the love of Jesus to Udaiyamal, now others are also showing His love by helping her prepare food. Udaiyamal shares; "Since you have told me about Jesus, now I am trusting in Him alone day and night".

They also are having a Bible study at Rega's house where God is already using this young girl to gather many of her friends together and more are making a commitment to the Lord. The younger children are also excited and gathering to hear more about Jesus. Udaiyamal is also following the Gospel team to this Bible study to hear more of God's word.

Kathy shares: "When we first met Udaiyamal she had no peace or hope in her eyes, but now after hearing and receiving Christ's love into her life despite her circumstances, she now has a smile on her face and a new hope in her eyes. This ministry's desire is to help more of these types of people. There surely is no greater desire in a Christian's life then to share the Lord Jesus Christ with a hurting soul and to put a smile on their faces".
