Perummal's Testimony:
A Hindu Priest Finds A New Life In Jesus - (Part 2)

A month later, Perummal's wife Eeshwari returned home from Kerala. She came to church with her husband and joyfully shared with Pastor Britto that she had been praying for her husband while she was working in Kerala. She had prayed that the Lord would convict him to quit his Hindu priest practices and that he would also commit his life to Jesus as she had done. When she had talked to him on the phone he had refused to listen to her about Jesus, but rather persecuted her that she had converted to another religion. When she got home and saw him with a Bible, she shared that she was so happy and could hardly believe his strong dedication to the Lord.

Even though the village people are greatly urging Perummal to go back to the Hindu temple and bless them, he is refusing, because he wants to follow Jesus with all of his heart. One village man told Pastor Britto that Perummal is always telling us about Jesus.

Perummal testifies: "After I received prayer from the Gospel team, the Lord has healed me from a problem that I suffered with. When I ate too much, I would begin to wheeze, and have a problem breathing. The Lord has also given me the strength to work, because He has healed my body and made me stronger than before. He has also supernaturally provided our needs to send two of our children to a Christian school".

Independent Church in India is having a Bible study at his sister-in-law's house, and his family is diligently having daily prayer meetings. The Lord has a great plan for both Perummal's family and Rajandren's family to be a shinning light of the Gospel in their villages.
